Using simple evidence-based techniques she will teach you how to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve your overall resilience to all of life’s stressors using biofeedback technology (heart rate variability) to monitor physiologic progress. You cannot eliminate all of life’s stressors, but you can improve your resilience to them and directly improve your health.
